We do our best to make our products consistent, but sometimes the ingredients have different ideas; the harvest of helichrysum is slightly 
different because it was a particularly warm summer, or our primary supplier may be out-of-stock because of a crop failure so we need to go to another supplier. Sure, we could add some chemicals so that our products create exactly the same experience time after time but we aren’t about to do that.
